Espresso Tea Cake with Kahlua Icing

Optimistic and freedom-loving
Jovial and good-humored
Honest and straightforward
Intellectual and philosophical

On the dark side....

Blindly optimistic and careless
Irresponsible and superficial
Tactless and restless

This pretty much summarises who I am.

Superficial and tactless? I think not! You've have to add self-deprecating in the positives otherwise! Cake looks great. Love the idea that it's a tea cake made with coffee! lol.

I'm not a drinker, but I love Kahlua, and I could eat that yummy frosting out of the bowl! And being blindly optimistic would be a good thing, I would have thought?
